Also, if you are running VirtualDJ v7.0 Pro (As indicated in your other duplicate post), then this is an old and out-of-date version of the software.
There have been many changes and improvements to the software since then (See http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VirtualDJ_History.html ) - We are now on v7.0.5b
Please register your Pro serial number on the page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then upgrade to the latest version: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html
