Sujet Beatport

Hey fellow dj's

I've sent an email to beatport and got this answer:

I searched their knowledge base but can't find an answer to my question, so I tought let's ask the question on the VDJ forum to see if other dj's had/have the same problem... 2 or 3 songs I bought on beatport are too short. Meaning the site says the songs are more then 7 minutes, and on my pc the songs are only 1 or 2 minutes... I only discovered this when I wanted to listen the tracks and noticed that they are too short. I also tried to re-download the songs thinking that would help me, but realized i can't redownload them again.

So I was wondering if any of you have had the same problem, and maybe know what causes this...

they will just ask for the order details and add them to your downloads again... although it hasn't happened to me for a while so maybe the process has changed

Thank you for your answer...

I didn't even have to wait two days to get a reply from Beatport.
They activated the songs so I can download them again.
I didn't even have to give them the full order details, just the artist and title...
So I'm satisfied now :)
