Sujet Ddj Ergo problem with Sync

Hi, im having some problems with my Ergo. Left sync button is not working( channel1-2 ) How do i fix this? Do i have to download some kind of map for the Ergo or Virtual Dj? Pleace help me :)

This may be because the master deck is not set correctly.
