Sujet: American Audio VMS2 Jog wheel scratch issues

Hey guys, new to DJ world. Recently purchased the American Audio VMS2 controller and have found that channel 1 left hand jog wheel is not letting me scratch and indeed when I touch it, the song isnt even stopping. All okay on channel 2. I can send it back to the place I bought it as its only been a couple of days so no issue. Dont want to do this though so is there some config that I need to do first to allow scratch effect. I didnt have to do anything on the 2nd channel so not sure if faulty or not. Not using LE as I have gone up to Full straight away. Dont think you really need to know that but just in case. Please help if you can. Cheers, Rob

The right jog on my VMS2 works backward. Any idea why?
