I know this is from the competition, but there is a potential in it.

And if you watch the equipment you can even see the "popping" tags and cues while performing.... and meanwhile the crowd too, getting crazy. Majbe some Kinect move detection and some foot controllers.
The full DJ equipment is about 10-15 pounds, setup is 1 minutes.
It vould be intuitive.

It seems you're always full of great ideas as to how Virtual DJ should be improved and developed (whilst constantly comparing it to Traktor) yet you won't support development by purchasing a licence.
I'm sure you are aware Virtual DJ8 is already in development.

oh no.. comparison of vdj and trakror again....
thats a no brainer... VDJ all the way... much more user friendly, tons more features and free lifetime upgrades... and thats just for starters...

You get me wrong again.
The first video could be even a Behringer's DJ CONTROLLER CMD DC-1 but they haven't got that kind of video.
Or other pad controllers also (Akai or Korg). Anyway, Traktor (and NI) have made pretty good visuals in their vids for their products.
The idea is NOT about compare VDJ it to Traktor at all....
Just watch all the 3 vids, and get the idea what could be the GUI and the experience if these 3 products would be mixed up WITH VDJ 8 !!!
I like the NI's idea about their Remix things and the KONTROL F1 hardware have a great amount of potential.
I would like to see that kind of possibilities in VDJ 8 (which is possible now as well) and maching hardware from Atomix, but there is no such hardware in development as I know, so we must use 3rd party hardwares ant the F1 is apretty cool one (even if it was made by NI - the not so 'great' competitor).
Also there could be a 'kinect' kind of app for (X-Y-Z) effects to use, and I would also use foot switches and pedals.
And I would deliver 10 projector screen for the crowd (6 around, on the walls, 2-2 on the ceiling and the floor) with 3d visuals.... just to drive them into my reality... and scratch them into haeven. :)
Of course I would like to see this within VDJ (that's why I write on this forum and not at NI's forum) since I LIKE VDJ and the open minded solutions what Atomix have (99 decks and CUE, Video-mixing, VST support, DMX via VenueMagic, Re-Wire and others) plus the support and the forum.
There is no brainer for me what product will I purchase when I collect the right amount of cash!

So you're not actually going out, working as a DJ and earning money? If you were, surely you could purchase VDJ in a week.

It is a bit off topic, but I work in a theatre in East Europe... I get 130 Euros for a MONTH, and I have to make a life from that.... so it takes a few months to get this amount. :(

Why not? If the theatre job doesn't pay enough, go out and earn more!
