Virtual DJ is preconfigured to always use the Rmx in 44 Khz if you select "DJ Console Rmx" as Soundcard.
If you want to use 48 Khz, select Sound card: > ASIO > Hercules DJ Console RMX ASIO
If you want to use 48 Khz, select Sound card: > ASIO > Hercules DJ Console RMX ASIO
