Way back when I was using Atomix (Demo Version) before VDJ cameout I noticed that there were 3 different scratch plugins. Would love to see this on VDJ also? I think there was a Baby scratch, Stab scratch and the other one doesnt come to mind.

you could have a play around with the "scratch" verb... this formula when mapped to a midi button (doesn't work on keyboard) will scratch forward when you press the button and scratch backward when you release...
down ? scratch +100ms : scratch -500ms
it doesn't sound very good though so play around with the times to see if you can find something better...
here are some other variations you could play with
down ? scratch +100ms & touchwheel_touch on : scratch -500ms & touchwheel_touch off
down ? scratch +200ms & dump on : scratch -400ms & dump off
down ? scratch +200ms & reverse on : scratch -400ms & reverse off
I couldn't figure out a way to make a baby scratch on a single button using "pitch_bend" "jog" "touchwheel" unfortunately... If you can find a way it would be good to pair it up with the "trans" or "cut" plugins for some transforming.
After all that it is still going to be 100% better if you just use your platter as you will have much more control over the sound.

For VirtualDJ 8 something similar is
but you have to hold the jog first.
down ? scratch -88ms : scratch +88ms
down ? speedwheel -0.1 0.1 : speedwheel +0.1 0.1
but you have to hold the jog first.

It was worth it, audio scratch is a new script group to me.

So i'm wondering can someone make a plugin or script for a transformer scratch. I just don't have the coordination to do it with my Numark mixtrack 2 controller. Or tell me what and where i need to assign it to
