had virtual pro7 in old laptop,just purchased a new dell,however when i tried to load pro7 into it ,my sereial number is not being accepted-is this a computor or program error?

Make sure you are entering the serial correctly into your Pro Basic installer and that you are using the installer from your download center.

Hola yo tengo el virtualdj broadcaster v7 o 5b pero resetie mi maquina y ahora ya no puedo instalalarlo le pongo la clave y me dice que no es. Podrian ayudarme por favor. Bnediciones
