Hi,
Having discovered many of the basic features in VDJ 7 I tried to work out what the Auto Cross Length does and how to apply it. You can adjust to slider to how many seconds you require however where in the software can you use the Auto Cross function? It's obviously not linked to the automix function as this has a separate time mix setting. Is this function applied to the main crossfade allowing a Auto Cross Length transition time or am I missing something? If so I can't find a way of doing this or am I going mad.
The software instructions just don't make it clear what this function does in the config menu.

I got this from the manual:
Auto-Cross Length – Use this slider to specify the duration of the fade during automatic mixing. If this is set to 0 (left side), the tracks will play from start to finish.

^^^ It works for me just as he stated. Simple as that...But I would guess, like most of the features, it will require the PRO license to work properly....Now is a great time to buy VDJ, the new version 8 drops any day and all upgrades are free!!....I don't work for Atomix, I just tell everyone I know what a great deal it is....VDJ 8 will have vast improvements as well........Auto Cross has saved me on cigarette breaks and bathroom breaks many a time!! =D
