Hi I know it's says get in touch with distributor but has anyone had any luck with this ? mine is with Herrcules.
When i got my Hercules it came with VDJ, but didn't register as i was working away it was working great i then somehow deleted something and it was asking to enter serial number, it come with it some how i got it working again but now my laptop is playing up and looks like it's on the way out so i'm gonna to need the serial number now so i can up load to a new laptop.

The only way you can register your license is to get the number off the cover the dvd came in, failing that you will have to contact Hercules direct supplying them with the units license number.
