Hey guys i have virtual DJ 7, for 1 year and everything seems fine... Always fast with no problems, but now i was trying to make a new mix, and when i was loading the song, it took more than 15 minutes! it didn't even load entirely...! It wasn't playing properly, and that's very disturbing, i have tried everything i saw on the topics, but nothing worked...
Here's some information about my issue:
Computer: Windows XP (My computer is fast, and it never had speed problems)
Virtual DJ 7 home free edition (It's perfect, but 1 week ago it suddenly got slow at loading songs)
I don't have many songs on my folder, there are 5 or 6 songs all of them have 5, 4, or 6 minutes... None of them are longer than 6 minutes.
The songs i have are analyzed, and i do that all the time, so i really don't know whats happening.
The max loading at the > confing > performances > is 15 mn (some people told me to put it on always, but there's no option like that, so i'm very confused)... How do i put it on Always?
I don't have registry tool, but i don't think that's the problem, on my other laptop "Vista" i have Virtual DJ 7 and it works fine with no registry tool.
I don't know what to do, and please help me with this issue, try to be predictable, because i'm not an expert with these things.
Any kind of help would be appreciated... ;)

Have you loaded the song previously?
What format and bitrate is it?
Where did you get it from?
Does this happen with more songs or just this one?

It happens with all the songs, the format is mp3, i downloaded them with atube catcher from youtube... I usually play them, at least 3 hours a day... They worked fine, but now the songs are slow. =P

yes but rarely, i don't play videos that much time... But there was a day when i played 4 or 5 videos on VDJ... Could that be the problem?

There used to be an issue where music would load slowly after playing videos but I don't know if that ever got fixed.
It could also be the youtube ripper encoder you are using that is the problem. Try playing some legally obtained music or something ripped from a CD to see if the issue is still there.
