Hi i have a pyle pyd728u, how do i use this with virtual Dj, cause the cross fader dosent move with it on the program. Please help me

That's because it is a standard audio DJ mixer that is not MIDI capable. It cannot control VirtualDJ in any way. But unless you are video mixing, you don't need it to do this.
