I was hoping someone already had made a TSI file for the PDC-07

This is unlikely because these are the VirtualDJ forums not Traktor (TSI is a Traktor mapping file and isn't compatible with VirtualDJ.) If you are looking for mappings to use with Traktor please ask in their forums.

If you are looking to use the PDC-07 with VirtualDJ then this controller is not currently natively supported and no users have created and uploaded any mappers for it yet. However, you can map it yourself if you upgrade to the full VirtualDJ Professional: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
