Iv tried everything to map the kontrol s4 but cant even find it in the mappers page i tried installing the kontrol s4 device from the download plugins page but when i try to download it says "installation error 7" what can i do? thanks

You can only use the mapper by starting and setting up your traktor S4 in MIDI mode in the Controller editor settings. There are existing midi mappers in VDJ download area link below:

What is the version of your OS? is it MAC? or Windows?
