Hi,

I just found a few MixVibes timecodevinyls in my vinly collection.
I would like to know if I can use them vith VDJ?
I also found a MV soundcard (something 44 or so. It is a USB stuff) Could I use that also?

with what version are u going to play them with?

I would like to test it with the latest Home Free version. (10 minutes only, but enough to make comparison with other DVS programs, or I can't do that? Only MIDI control is enabled for 10 min?)

If its a "Maya 44" then yes you can use that just go into the timecode setup. The Mixvibes vinyl is in the list of supported vinyl that you can select but I have never read of anyone using them, the reason I say this is because "torq" vinyl is also listed but that doesn't work so mixvibes may not.

full details of how to set up timecodes can be found in the Audio configuration manual

I'm having a problem when I spin my vinyl back to a cue point or just a couple of bars back. It jumps to the begging of the song.
What's the problem? Is it the sound card or the vinyl? Will other timecode vinyl such as Serato or Traktor work better than Virtual Vinyl?
I'm using Virtual Vinyl timecode w/ Numark CUE audio interface.

Does anybody know if the "Serato performance series" will work on VDJ?

It works. :)
