I have the Behringer DDM 4000 mixer and are using it in the MIDI mode with VDJ.
I have mixer channels 1 and 2 in the midi mode with channels 3 and 4 not in midi mode.
I am unable to get the channel 1 and 2 EQ kill button LEDs to light (neither blue nor amber). They will not respond to the "on" command.
All other LEDs on the mixer works fine both in and out of midi mode (channel 1 and 2 EQ kill button LEDs also work fine when NOT in midi mode).
I am only able to get the kill button LED lights to softly blink (using the "blink" command) but with no real intensity.
I am using the DDM-4000 midi CC receive codes for the kill buttons; 58, 60, 62, 68, 70, 72.
Any ideas on what’s wrong?

I found the problem.
All four mixer channels must be midi active for the P1, P2, P3 EQ Kill lights to work properly.
Works fine now that all four channels are in midi.
