I grabbed a pair of Stanton STR8.150s and I am trying to get a few things worked out with my time code signal. New to this so, I made a video to get some feedback from some of the tcv veterans. I'm using an M-Audio Conectiv and Serato Control Vinyl (v.2). I'm attempting to embed the video. Thanks for any suggestions.

If your talking about the green circles not staying a circle when you scratch, yeah that's normal. I'd like to see a picture of your debug screen as well. Did you record sound with your video cause on my phone I don't hear anything....

I didn't record any sound. Cant get the image to upload. Here's a link. https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/T2jHx8FIOGYtql-Ir3FQwEyJ-Jmr41P92ldXm1MEwTk?feat=directlink

I'd uncheck the noise filter but everything else looks good to me. I've never used one of those soundcards so I can't really comment. Do you lose control when you scratch?

It seems to be a little laggy at times. When I backspin, it will jump around a little sometimes. I'll try what you suggested.

The backspin has been a known problem, even I have the a problem with them. As far as lag goes what are your latency settings at?

If you can manage to do a back spin by doing it within inches of the label on the timecode vinyl, I find you can get a decent back spin in the process, but you have to be quick and firm with it!
