Sujet: how to get 100% quality for vinyl timecode?

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

i have just brought a electrix ebox 44 and every time i try to set it up with virtual dj pro 7 i keep getting a fuzzy circle that stays anywhere from 2% to 7% in quality. could someone please help me im using tracktor scratchcontrol vinyl mk2, my turntable is a C.D.C Disco 4000 and my mixer is a newmark dm950 and im running windows on my laptop.

Please tell us (or show us) how you have got everything connected at the moment, and what settings you are using in VDJ.

i have my ebox 44 going to my laptop via usb and then my turntable going to input A via RCA on the ebox 44 then i have output A via RCA going to CH1 on my mixer then my mixer out going to my speakers

And the VDJ settings that I also asked for?

Do you have the ebox set to phono input (not line)?

Are you running the ebox ASIO driver? What's the latency?

sorry and yes the ebox is set to phono and yes im running the ASIO drivers. i can play music with the time code but it is not clear. i can take a video and send it to you so that you can see what is happing

Just a screen grab would be enough - of the timecode settings in VDJ.

how do i send the pic to you

You don't - just post it here.

how do i post it on here im new to all of this

Upload your picture to a photo hosting/sharing site. That will provide you with a URL - a link that you can post on here.

Good effort - but the image is reversed and it's not clear enough for me to see anything.

Oh and I asked for a screen grab (the print screen button) not something taken with a phone or a webcam!

the computer the virtual dj is on i dont have internet on it so it is hard to get a print screen and send it but ill work out something

do you know how to fix my problem

And no response. I have the same problem...

Posting at the end of multiple old threads won't solve it!

Try contacting support...

I thought I WAS contacting tech support by clicking on the "PC TECH SUPPORT" Topic. Guess that's not correct?

http://www.virtualdj.com/contact/index.html

Please raise a support ticket here (just type anything in the box and go to the next screen) and one of the team will respond to you.

SBDJ is aware of this already per your other thread.

Regards

Keith
