I just started w VD7, so maybe I am missing something...
But my HC4500 doesn't seem like it is doing anything. I select it on the mapping screen and when I (manually) load a track, the title shows up on the HC4500 and the Play button is blinking. However, none of the controls on the HC4500 actually do anything. I really don't get it.
HC4500 ASIO driver is selected in audio config.
Latest firmware is loaded. Windows 7.
Can someone please advise me on what I am doing wrong?
Or what is not set up correctly?

First make sure that your HC4500 operates on "ALL" channels (Hold down MEMO button to enter the menu and on the MIDI Ch setting select "ALL"

That makes sense, however I don't get an option for "all" under MIDI Ch?
I get 1&2, 3&4 ,and 5&6. It was set to 1&2

I think I need to just run the firmware update procedure again.....something is obviously not right.

Re-updated firmware to current version.
I do not get the option to select "all" in Midi Ch, but it seems to be working now.

Not giving option for "all channels". It is not splitting my output to let and right side so I can assign to line 1 and line 2 on my Denon DX500. The same signal goes out to both. Even when I cue on other side the song comes out in my master output. I am running VDJ7 and wondering what I need to config right. I also have dual cd from Denon that the HC4500 is controlling. I saw that it said Version1006 on my hc4500.
