Looking to be able to remotely control my tower. I run videos 100% of the time so I basically set a playlist and let it automix. I do a lot of MCing from the floor so I want to be able to do some basic set changes and be able to manually cut very long songs without having to go to the booth. The problems I have found with the apps I have tried is the video window on the player causes enormous lag to the tablet as it tries to stream the video. Is there a way to turn the video window off in the player but still output the video? Has anyone found a reliable app to use a tablet to interface a pc while running VirtualDJ? Will I need to get an IPad to solve my problem?

There are many skins that allow you to turn off the preview or actually switch back to a full view of the mixer section which removes the video preview.
