I read a variety of guides but no matter what it stays looking like this:

After some playing around I got it to here:

I'm using two Numark NDX200s, an Ebox 44, and Virtual DJ 7 Trial.
My issues are that it doesn't look like other config pictures and when I try to control through VDJ it will switch decks, the songs sometimes restart on their own, and other such nuisances. Please help me.
