Sujet: Problems with Netsearch/Groove Shark

Hi Guys, im having problems dowloading a couple of tracks of netsearch- Billy Joel- New York State Of Mind, Beatles-Long And Winding Road, Both will let me play the tracks, but it wont let me download?? is there some kind of copyright block? also been noticing that videos are not working at all, have all my boxes checked on both, I know that the videos come off youtube has this been stopped now? Need both of theses tracks for this Saturday any help would be great!!

Videos have been fixed in the latest release. Check your download centre.
 

Do you mean cache the files? for offline play?
Right click the track, choose "cache"

The files are online - and stream played through vdj - but there is an offline feature too.
 
Hello, have the same problem, right click, but only got 30 seconds, sometime six seconds, is any solution for it?

if you only got 30 sec it sounds like you are not logged in.
Check the internet settings in VDJ, see if you are logged in
 
Im login and still wont let me cache the file, also have updated my vdj and still no videos.....
 
You must have been bad boys, because I am in the club now, and have downloaded 3 videos. So the service works.

I haven't been able to get audio results from Netsearch in almost a month. Videos load fine but the audio side does not. No listings of songs at all. I have the most up to date version of VDJ and my mac runs fine with a perfectly good internet connection. Never had a firewall issue either. What could be the problem?
 
Give me a song you can't find, and I will try now.
