Sujet Problem in headphones volume control

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

Problem is that volume in headphones are really high and i can't set it lower.
Everything else seems working correctly.
Any ideas, what i can try?

My setup is Virtual DJ 7.04 pro, Macbook pro MAC OS X 10.7.5, Numark Mixtrack Pro, active speakers Behringer and Sony headphones.

I have connected them like this:
Plug a pair of powered stereo speakers into master output on the back of the MixTrack Pro and your headphones into the headphone socket of the MixTrack Pro.

I have config. sound setup like this:
Inputs: None
Outputs: Headphones (Master: Chan 1&2 / Headphones: Chan 3&4)]
Sound card: 4 out card -> Numark

I've had same setup with PC and it worked.

The first thing you need to do is update your VirtualDJ Pro to v7.2.

VirtualDJ v7.0.4 is an old version of the software and there have been many changes, bug fixes and improvements since then. Please register your Pro serial number on the page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then download the latest version from the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

If you have not purchased VirtualDJ Pro then please support the software and its future development by purchasing it: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html (Especially if you are working DJ and are making money as a result of using it.) If your MixTrack Pro came with VirtualDJ LE, then you can upgrade at a discount.

As per the MixTrack Pro's config & troubleshooting page (http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/MixTrack%20Pro.html):

Press the small round CUE button above each deck's volume slider to choose which deck to pre-listen to (PFL.) Use the CUE GAIN knob in the middle of the MixTrack Pro to adjust the overall headphone volume and the CUE MIX knob to adjust the mix between the track that you are pre-listening to and the master output.
