Don't paint it, your material will be white so why paint, besides, it will chip and flake if you don't use the correct base paint and that will mean added cost.

Where can I get the fabric???
I have been looking online but so far, no luck.
I need a sheet 11ft x 55 inches. From end to end, it measures 11ft. That's allowing for the fabric to wrap around the poles so I can velcro from the inside. From top to bottom it's 55 inches.
Because of the elbows, I am going with a single piece of fabric that wraps around the entire frame. I will need to use Velcro to attach it.
Should I get the fabric slightly smaller since it stretches?
I just have to find the fabric.

city take the frame with you to the fabric store and have the ladies
size it for you ...you probably do not want to stretch it too tight
they might help you with the velcro while you're there
bring 'em in some coffee and donuts for appreciation, send 'em a Christmas card
and you'll get a couple a new clients too .....
are you going to backlight your logo onto the front panel ?

Good idea.
I don't know if i'm going to put my logo on it or not. I like the clean look so I may not. If I can figure out a way of having the logo removable, that would be ideal.
I know I could do that via Velcro but that would leave poc marks on the fabric from the hooks in the Velcro.

I think he meant backlighting your logo with a projector like this

Here it is...

UNDER $50!!!
I still have to neaten it up but, This is pretty much how it will look.
The light I have behind it is not the light I will be using though. I will be using smaller lights. I will be using the Chauvet LED SPLASH 86.
Wadda u think?

I would like to make "pockets" to attach the fabric but I have not figured out how to do that yet.
What I mean is...
Instead of velcro or grommets or anything, I would like the fabric to be able to hook around the frame, stretching it from one end to the other where the pocket on the left hooks the left side and the pocket on the right hooks the right side. I would really like it to be that way all around the frame. Top, bottom, side to side.
Something like a book sock.
I will add rubber feet to the bottom of the fabric somehow and toughen up the bottom to withstand the wear and tear of use.
Any ideas on how I can make the pockets???
Any ideas on what I can use on the bottom of the fabric to toughen it up and provide a little more stability???
Ideas are VERY WELCOME as I plan to use this on my next party which is this Tuesday.

Very nice! You inspired me. Think I might consider building one.

Thank you.
You should build one. It's nice and very inexpensive.
I think I figured out how to make the pockets. I can fold about 2 inches in all the way around and simply sew the folded seams together therefore giving me the "pocket" i'm looking for. I will try to do that tomorrow.
If I can do the whole thing and it comes out good... I will make a video of the whole thing.
I still have no idea what to put on the bottom though.

A video of this would be great! Just make sure you give plenty details for us slow learners.lol

It's not the kind that has a plastic lever and it's not the X rack that I use to gig with. I have heavy duty dual X racks to gig with and they have lasted me for years. The one you see is a light duty rack that I used for measurement purposes.
