Can someone please let me know if you can use the Virtual DJ Pro Basic program with an N4 controller, I think I just purchased something I cant use. It came up and said I only have 10 minutes to use my controller? Is there something I have to do on my end or what?

Sorry, VirtualDJ Basic cannot be used with any controller. It is for mouse/keyboard use only as clearly stated on its product page http://www.virtualdj.com/products/basic.html and the comparison page http://www.virtualdj.com/products/comparison.html
