I am not the best at these things. I have bought a mc3000 controller. I thought It would be plug and play although this seems to have been optimistic. My one came bundled with Tractor software, but I dont use that I use virtual dj. I have 7 installed on both my mobile laptop and home pc, cant get the thing to do much unless i manually try to map each button. This is painfully slow and had some other problems for example the jog wheels dont appear to be able to be mapped.
is there a patch or something i can download to do this for me?

All you need to do is to update your Professional Full version to the latest available release from the Download Center. The Controller is natively supported within the Software.
If you own another version then Professional Full - sorry, this will not work because they have MIDI / HID functionallity only for testing (10 minutes).
