Sujet: Mapping for Kontrol Z2

Hi guys, just wondered if there were any plans with anyone to make a mapping for the z2 at all?

Since itmade for Traktor I doubt theyll allow it, kinda like the S4. I could wrong though..........
 
I kinda figured maybe vdj wouldn't support it natively but hope someone might midi map it.
 
Someone might, that's not really for us to say?
 
ill look at doing a mapper for the Z2 if nobody else has done one yet, but i will need some testers willing to do some research for me as i have no need to go out and buy one at this point in time, nor could i afford one.
 
But will the midi function and soundcard work with VDJ. This is a HOT mixer...
 
The DJM-T1 is better then the Z........ waaaay more functionality plus a sound card.
 
I'm going to return my dn-x1600 and get the DJM-T1 then. I really need a hybrid mixer/controller.

So the DJM-T1 is pretty rock solid with virtual DJ, like the fader is midi and all buttons are mappable?
 
That I can't answer yet. I was supposed to have it already but the wife put that on hold so hopefully in a few weeks for me, lol!
 
Ok, so I called Pioneer. They said everything will work. You just have to map it.

I bought the mixer. I'll be the guinea pig and post the results here! I'm excited and scared at the same time!
 
So I'm looking to use my kontrol z2 with vdj when doing karaoke/video gigs and wondered if anyone had done a mapping?
 
Man that would be awesome!!! i'l check in now and then :) can you midi the crossfader?
