Sujet: audio dipping out on channel 1 only

ever since upgrading to vdj 7.3 i've had problems with the audio dipping in and out on channel one. i'm using a MC6000 and a Hp pavillion Dv7. Windows 7 with all updates to the pc and controller. any idea's?

I've noticed it also.... its not all the time, depends on how I'm mixing.

I went temporarily back to 7.1 and it's corrrected. I guess i'll wait for 7.4...or 8. however now i get the "not enough memory to load the track error" from time to time on 7.1


 

This could be because you are triggering the limiter, e.g: Due to gain or EQ being too high. Try turning down the gain/EQ (NOTE: If you are using the MC6000 in hardware INT MIX mode, then you will need to use your mouse to adjust the software gain knob.) Also, try increasing the Volume Headroom option.

Does it stop if you turn off the limiter in CONFIG -> Options?
 

but why only channel one? both are set the same
 

Set the AutoGain to AUto instead of Auto+Remember. There is always a chance that you have modified the gain in some songs, and might happen by chance to load them to deck 1.
