Sujet: After upgrading from 7.0.5 to 7.3 Mapping gone crazy

i have reloop 3 me and After I upgraded from 7.0.5 to 7.3 the Mapping gone crazy, now i went back to 7.0.5 And everything works fine as before, Please note this support team, Luckily I checked before I left for work...

I suppose you are referring to Reloop DigitalJockey 3. With 7.05 were you using a custom mapper or maybe a definition file exists in Documents\VirtualDJ\Devices ?

Can you inform us about what functions were working and what were not ?

the jogs does not respond at all, the play and the cue Button does not respond, and if i press play on the SW with the Mouse The music starts but then it stops if i touch one of the jogs...
 
Same here custom mapping for Denon MC600 3124 went haywire. Basic control works but nonoe of the custom shortcuts
 
Do you guys have any definition file in Documents\VirtualDJ\Devices folder ?

For the DigitalJockey 3, it appears that the jogwheels are set to a very high touch sensitive value which probably cause even music to stop. Is there a sensitive touch slider on the hardware ? Could you please read the manual of the unit and see if there is a way to adjust this ?\

Djsolo, can you type here a custom shortcut that doesnt work ?
