i'm new in here and i want to buy my first controller/mixer i have 2 options ddj wego or numark mixdeck, i know that the mixdeck have usb and cdj but i've seen many reviews and it have some issues with dj software and crossfader, can your help me ?

Never used the WEGO but I have a Mixdeck and wouldn't trade it for the world, Well maybe for the Mixdeck Quad, lol!! It's really gonna depend on your style and what you wanna do.......
I'd try out both and go with what's the most comfortable to you.......

I think that you are comparing 2 totally different devices. And i am not talking about the size only.
