hi all im using vdj 7 pro with a hercules rmx controller and was just wondering if i can assign the filter effect to the mic volume knob and control the velocity of the filter with it instead of assigning it to a button and just switching it on/off

The Microphone volume is not a MIDI control, so you'll have to use a different one, but this is indeed doable, either through the Mapper tab, of by using the Mapper Pack (you'll to register your serial number in order to access it).
