hey guys,
a few weeks ago i upgraded my laptop to windows 8, and today i thought let´s install virtual dj and my hercules drivers again,
everything is on my laptop now. but if i plug in my device it won´t recognize it. in my taskbar is a icon that says dj with a red cross.
what can i do?

If you used the drivers from the supplied CD, your drivers are probably outdated. According to the website of Hercules the latest drivers should be Windows 8-compatible. Please see http://ts.hercules.com/nl/index.php?pg=view_files&gid=17&fid=61&pid=241&cid=1 to download them. Read the instructions carefully: the old drivers must be removed before installing the new ones.
