Hi all
And a Happy new year to you all!
I currently have a newmark mixtrack pro , as i do more and more gigs i feel i now need to upgrade
my rig at the moment consists of
laptop running win8 VDJ pro Full
Numark mixtrack pro
fed to my rack consisting of
kam1000 dual mp3 player (for backup)
15 band dual eq
rack mount karaoke player (mainly for backup)
4 channel mixer (allows me to intergarte mixtrack , backup player, karaoke, etc) and acts as a backup
amps x2
I was thinking of a numark NS6, as this has a mixer that works independant to the pc audio/controller.
I could drop the mixer from my rack (making room for a dmx desk), but would still be able to drop back to my backup player if i needed to reboot my laptop of have a software lockup.
questions about the NS6
can i record my mix ? ie is there an option for the final output to be returned to VDJ ?
is the mixer true analogue? or does its fader positions still feed back to vdj ?
your Views on the NS6
Thanks
