Im having major problems with the connection of this product. Any advise?

I purchased an hp beats laptop and I installed virtual dj on it. I have the numark connected to the pc but it still not letting me mix as I was told it would. I was told to purchase the numark device and I could hear the song before I go live with it.

You need a Pro version of the software for that. Your profile states you are a non license user. If you own the pro version, register it. What version do you think you have, and did it come with a controller?

To plug in an audio interface? Really? I thought all versions supported "master & headphone" output.
PSISOAST, you still haven't described the issue sufficiently for anyone to help you. Saying "it's not letting me mix" tells us nothing.
