i use vdj pro7 and all of a sudden this prob happened. reinstalling it helps for a few but keeps doing it. i know its the program itself and not my set up or laptop. any ideas or suggestions will b appreciated..

How do you know that?
Have you installed any software recently (including VDJ and OS updates)?
Have you changed any settings on your computer?
If you've made no changes to VDJ and the problem has just suddenly appeared, then logically that points to something other than the program.

Also you didn't give any details on how you are hooking up your mic and through what device or if you configured thru VDJ, we need those answers so we have something to help you work out your problem..
