Hey guys,

I just updated to 7.3 and it will not work on my system. This is a problem, not because my system is incompatible, but because the 7.3 version is telling me my pro serial number is not valid…

some help would be appreciated

Please perform a clean re-installation of the software, making sure that you download the latest installation file for VirtualDJ Pro from your Download Center. When prompted for your serial number, please ensure that you enter it correctly (Be careful not to mistake letter O for a number 0 (Or vice-versa), I for 1, etc.)
