Hey,
I can't record on Virtualdj LE. There's only the start recording botton and it's missing the "config." botton. Every time I click the start recording botton, this message appears: Record error...can't open...
Anybody can help me?

Hello, the error could be you are needing to create a "file" name and have a location where you want the file to be placed. I know I've had a similar issue before with recording errors, then I finally realized I didn't create a file name and location, hope this helps you out..best of wishes.
Sincerely yours, Jeff Pino
Also, since you do have the "LE" version, make sure your software is registered with Virtual DJ and submit a tech support request question, someone should be able to help you out soon.

If I'm not mistaken, you can't use the record function on LE, you would need to upgrade to pro...

You can record in most LE versions, but it's normally limited to .wav format only and normally records to your home folder. VirtualDJ LE is free limited software, so there is no config option and you cannot split the recording.
The record error message may tell you (full path) where it's trying to save the recording. Make sure that the folder exists and your user account has permission to write to it.

If you are using the Numark MixDeck that you have registered to your profile then this is because it has a real hardware mixer.
