Sujet: Won't play music

I am having trouble with playing music on VDJ7 pro. I run a Numark Mixtrack Pro and it connects and everything it just won't play. I adjusted my config to the appropriate settings and still nothing. The track runs, all the keys work on the controller, everything seems to work other than no audio. Any advise other than the config?
