whenever I've added music or videos or whatever to my search database it's always been a very quick process, but I've noticed over the last week or so is very slow, whether I go by the entire drive or I do individual folders adding something to the music database search is now ridiculously slow. Is there anything I can do to fix this, are there settings for this that makes this quicker. Or should I just try reinstalling virtual DJ, can anyone shed some light on this scenario.

Try a Check, Clean Fix in CONFIG->Browser tab
Check your Hard Drive for errors.
