I get a Hercules DJ Control MP3 e2 but it works only with USB 2.0 and my new Laptop has only USB 3.0 and it dont work with USB 3.0. Is there a way to make it working?

Some people have had luck using powered 2.0 usb hubs. Worth a shot.
