Hello does anyone know how to map and which skin to use?

The NI S4 is not natively supported but you can try this mapper http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/14443/Traktor_Kontrol_S4.html
Currently there is no skin that will look identical to your controller, and the skin is not affecting the operation of the controller at all.
