All of a sudden my jogwheels stopped moving tracks backwards or forwards! on the Denon MC6000 Not sure if I've pressed a setting by accident to disable the jogwheels from cueing. Anyone know how to check this?
I'm using it with VDJ 7.04. Everything else is working fine, including the cue buttons, and the vinyl/bend buttons work fine.
Thanks.

On both sides? Go into mapper, and tell us what does it say for the jogwheel? Also try shift and either fast forward, or fast reverse bottons on the left of the jog wheel. I am not in front of my unit at the momment, so can't try.

The setting "Jog Sensitivity (Cue)" in CONFIG-->Options should be around 40%

Apologies for late reply. For some reason I didn't receive notification of a reply to this thread!
In the mapping tab in config, The JOG_TOUCH key has the following actions:
var_equal "my_var" 42 ? my_action1 : my_action2". execute my_action) if my_var equals 42. execute my_action2 otherwise.
and in the Action Learn field it says:
var_equal '$shift' 0 ? touchwheel_touch : nothing
The setting "Jog Sensitivity (Cue)" in CONFIG-->Options is at just over 40%
It's the same on both decks, not able to cue on either deck. Pressing the shift and fast forward/reverse made no difference.
