When I do a search for a song, Virtual DJ does not find it.
Seems I read before that it does not search in sub folders, is this the case or has this been fixed.

It searches all music that has been added to your VirtualDJ database. Songs that you have not added will not be found.

I have my music stored in ITunes.
I understand I need to get to the music folder and add that to the search DB.
But what is not clear is will it search the sub folders (MAC)
For example, the main folder is music then it starts going into subfolders Artist then another sub folder for each album.
do I have to go into every album folder and add that to the search DB or can I just add the main music folder to the search DB?

No need to add each subfolder separately. Add to Search DB only the parent folder or even the entire Hard Disc if that is an external with just Music Files. VirtualDj will automatically search and add all the subfolders.
