Sujet: SC 3900 Hybrid Mode - Pitch Problem

Hi everybody,

I have few problems on my DENON SC3900 ! Problems with pitch slider.

Config :
Macbook (late 2009) 10.6.8
Soundcard : NUMARK VirtualVinyl
VirtualDJ 6.0.4

SC3900 with Hybrid Mode / VDJ Pedia config and PhantomDJ Mapper.

When i put the pitch on SC3900 at (for example) -8,6 % on my Screen (VirtualDJ) i have -8% or other.

Values between SC3900 and VirtualDJ are always differents. (Pitch range is the same between SC3900 and VirtualDJ)

Whereas on "classic timecode mode" i don't have this problem.

I have tested on VitualDJ 7.4 and : same problem !

Is it possible to use the pitch on MIDI Mode when i'm on Hybrid mode ?

Have you got an idea ? or solution ?

why don`t you use them in normal midi mode
 
Because i prefere use the platter in hybrid mode with timecode sensitivity : For scratching, it's better.

Yes of course, i use 2khz MIDI Frequency for Hybrid Mode :) On SC 3900 and VDJ.

And if it's possible I prefer to use VDJ 6.0.4 because I have a lot of problem with TimeCode classic mode on VDJ 7.4

SC3900 are totally ok with VDJ Mac ?
 
There is an Issue with the 3900's and Mac OS using VDJ 7.4
Apparently everyone is trying to work on it *rolls eyes*
 
I still haven't had a chance to test it, but if you're having issues with MIDI mode then use a different soundcard from the inbuilt 3900 ones as I believe that will resolve the issue.
