I just recently purchased the American Audio 10 MXR mixer bundled with Virtual DJ LE and it works fine on my Mac. For everything to work properly I had to update the firmware for the mixer on the mac version. They say that you don't have to do this when you are running the pc version and I can't find one either. I have a problem with the small LCD on the mac so I had also purchased the Virtual DJ Pro version earlier. I cant get the Virtual DJ Pro to work with my Stanton T92.USB turntables but everything works on my Mac. I have the Traktor Scratch Time codes and the Serato Scratch Live time code vinyl's and I still can't get the PC to work properly. In the settings I have the INPUT (2 time codes), Output (External Mixer), and ASIO for my sound card. Like I said before when I hook up my Mac everything works perfectly but I can't get the pc to work. I have tried all of the different time code settings with no luck. My turntables are turning but the VDJ decks are not moving or producing sound. The level and cross fader work on the mixer controlling VDJ but no sound. I called American Audio and they walked me thru all the correct settings and could not find anything wrong so they suggested that I contact VDJ. Can anyone help please.
