Sujet Invalid Serial Key

OPTIKUKPRO InfinityMember since 2013
Just got a new Numark Mixtrack Pro II along with VDJ pro which I already had.

However when I try to add a controller to my account on here to access the downloads for the numark, it says serial code invalid..........

Please help!
