Sujet: DDJ WEGO cueing problem

Hi there, I have recently purchased this controller and I am having a problem cueing at the place I work.
I am using virtual DJ.
My controller is connected to the mixer already installed, so I am not having any problems with the sound going through the mixer to the amps and then out- this is all fine.

But when I press the cue buttons on the controller nothing comes through my headphones.
Which is a big problem. This might be a problem with the settings.

I have watched tutorials on YouTube and can't seem to rectify the problem.

Any help would be much appreciated.

INPUTS - NONE
OUTPUTS - HEADPHONES - MASTER CHANNEL 1/2 - HEADPHONES CHANNEL 3/4
SOUNDCARD - ASIO - PIONEER DDJ WEGO
 
And are your headphone connected to the mixer or to the WEGO?

Right now, the audio configuration tells VDJ that you want to use the headphone output of the WEGO.

so on paper this should work?

im using ddj pioner wego. the headphone cue button doesnt work . why ? how to make it work ?
