If somebody know how or is a pluging or software ti install virtual dj on tablet samsung

Virtual DJ runs on Windows or Mac OS. If your Samsung tablet runs Android, then Virtual DJ will not work.
 
maybe WeGo3 will support Android plus a shitty holder with rainbow color and cost $100 more
