So how would I set up my Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 with my Macbook Pro 13" so I can cue with my Numark Mixtrack? Thanks!

Step one: Read the manual.
Step two: Set the VDJ output to "headphones" and select one pair of 2i4 outputs as master and the other pair as headphones.
You will then need to plug your headphones into the front of the 2i4 and use the switch to select the channel you chose as headphones to monitor.
