The crossfader on my WeGo is glitching up, Let me explain:
On my device my crossfader slides smoothly left and right without problem and nothing seems to be lodged inside or stuck.
But when in ANY software, I use the crossfader slightly and it glitches all over the place and it is such a problem that i have to close the program.
I wrote to Pioneer and hopefully they write back, have any of you had this problem? I changed my usb chords and tried different ports. Is there something more i can do? I tried taking it apart but theres so many things you have to do to get to the crossfader I am worried ill ruin it putting it back together.

What is your Operating system and computer specs ?
What kind of USB port are you using (2.0 or 3.0) ?

windows 7
usb 2.0
sony vaio is optimized
Can you advised what to do from here. I reinstalled program and still glitchy.

I have the same problem with the crossfader, it jumps left to right, doesn't fade smoothly. please help

I assume as you posted here, you're using a DDJ-WeGO. 1,2,3 or 4?
Which (exact) version of VDJ? What's your computer and operating system? Have you tried using another computer or other DJ software?
What are your crossfader settings in the VDJ config? What skin are you using?
